Initially had a miscommunication with Hunter, the GSM. He took the time and figured out it was a miscommunication, contacted me, and we figured out the miscue, simple, honest, great customer service. He took extra time to figure out where the disconnect was, and I can't say enough as to how rare that is, and a testament to his character. No I haven't purchased a vehicle from them, and not because I don't believe they do they aren't a trustworthy Dealership, rather I am looking at a couple of vehicles. I let Hunter know, and he was fine with it, no pressure at all, just said let him know how he can help. They truly do care, and do not seem to be transactional in nature, rather they do want to assist now and in the future. More
