Wouldn't let me leave. Lied about several things. Finance guy was a liar and shady. I wasn't ready to buy and now I can't even look at my new car without feeling anxiety. Lied about several things. Finance guy was a liar and shady. I wasn't ready to buy and now I can't even look at my new car without feeling anxiety. I literally cried after leaving there. The only person who was kind and helped the next day was Juan, the sales manager, although he did put heavy pressure on me when I wanted to leave. I told them I would be back, that I had plans and wasn't ready but they could not have cared less. They don't see us customers as human beings. I would never go back here and will go to a different dealership for service. Finance guy actually tried to convince me that my car picky had a 12/12 warranty on electronics and that my rate was going to be 8.99% unless I bought a warranty, which they then overpriced by about $3,000 more according to others who bought the same warranty. Shame on them. More

I had a confirmed appointment at this dealership for 6:30 PM to view and potentially purchase a specific used vehicle. I arrived early at 6:15 PM, only to be told the car had already been sold at 5:30 PM, a PM to view and potentially purchase a specific used vehicle. I arrived early at 6:15 PM, only to be told the car had already been sold at 5:30 PM, a full hour before my appointment. No one contacted me to inform me, and they still let me come in and sit around for hours knowing the car was no longer available. To make things worse, toward the end of the visit, after I had been at the dealership for nearly three hours, a manager falsely and publicly accused me of being intoxicated a completely defamatory and unfounded accusation. I was calm, respectful, and had been clearly visible on the premises the entire time. This was not only deeply offensive but potentially damaging to my personal and professional reputation. I work for a law firm and understand the legal implications of making such false and harmful statements. This was not a misunderstanding it was a clear attempt to deflect blame and avoid accountability. Instead of resolving the issue or offering a comparable vehicle, they walked me around the lot and tried to upsell me on a brand-new car, something I never asked for a classic bait-and-switch tactic. I stayed at the dealership until nearly 9 PM and left feeling disrespected, misled, and insulted. I am formally reporting this dealership to the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and will be sharing this experience across platforms. If you value your time, reputation, and want to be treated with professionalism, I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere. More

I Bought a 2025 Hr-V with 650 miles on it. New vehicles come with 2 keys, I know I purchased a pre-owned vehicle but because of the low miles and year of the Hr-V I didn't expect to receive New vehicles come with 2 keys, I know I purchased a pre-owned vehicle but because of the low miles and year of the Hr-V I didn't expect to receive 1 key. When I asked for the second key I was offered an unprogrammed second key and told I would have to pay to program it and was told by the Pre-Owned Sales Manager (you get what a used car comes with and I don't understand wholesale) The initial Sales Manager,the Salesperson and the Finance person were all professional otherwise. I will rethink where I Service my New -Pre owned vehicle in future. More
