Service was good, but took 90 minutes for an oil change. There are no signs on where to come in, or where office is. That there is no owners manual is so cheap. Truck said oil change due at 10,00 There are no signs on where to come in, or where office is. That there is no owners manual is so cheap. Truck said oil change due at 10,000, apparently it’s really 6,000. I paid 60,000 plus for a truck and it’s too expensive to print a booklet. I know they are under construction here but put some signs up or tell me on the phone what to do. Basically it seems you have 10 pounds of stuff shoved in a 5 pound bag and you are understaffed as well. Gentleman I dealt with was great, he was doing his best, dealing with employees, customers on the phone and me. Your management, not him but the overall management at this dealership, fails on so many levels. More

The service advisors were great and were there to help. I waited onsite for the repair to be completed and it didn’t take more than an hour.
