Justin the GM was quick to resolve the issues with my new truck purchase. I would give a 5 but our salesman Mike B was more interested in telling stories and bragging about reviews than he was in closing our truck purchase. Buyer beware. If you absolutely have to buy a trauck and you can't find what you're looking for any place else and by accident happen to wonder on to the LENZ If you absolutely have to buy a trauck and you can't find what you're looking for any place else and by accident happen to wonder on to the LENZ dealership you will be sorry. Skip has no real customer service skills, no tact, and you will irritate him if you start asking questions about a vehicle. Next, should you want a manager because you don't want to deal with Skip, Justin will mislead you on the price of the vehicle. Once you reach out to the ownership because your business isn't worth the time to fix the obvious issues at hand, they call it "obsticles" and delfect from the the root cause of poor customer service.
