Justin Khan, the Brand Specialist, was extremely knowledgeable about all the features of this new plug-in hybrid technology and he patiently answered all our questions. The dealership’s manager helped us reach agreement on the lease price and details in short order and let us test drive the car while the paperwork was being completed. Same day, we sat with Larry Velasquez, the Finance Director, and he had all the paperwork ready for my signature, put the keys in my hand, and I was driving off in our new car. They were thorough, efficient, personable, and easy to understand when they took us through the steps including insurance, licensing, financing etc. We went to several other dealers before we found Empire Toyota of Huntington and not only did Empire have by far the best vehicle (for basically the same price) but they made everything smooth and seamless. Our salesperson, Charlie Murphy, was energetic, very knowledgeable and personable and as my husband remarked "completely non pushy!"
