He started out in the Car Wash and worked his way up to Service Advisor, where he has done an excellent job for the past 4 years, and has even become Master Certified. Justin graduated from Thomas More College in August of 2011, and is excited to continue his career with Mercedes-Benz.

I recently took my C300 in for Service B, a general service. I had no complaints except for an issue with the battery, which they replaced along with completing the service. After returning home, I par service. I had no complaints except for an issue with the battery, which they replaced along with completing the service. After returning home, I parked the car and didn’t start it for 2–3 days. When I finally started it, I heard a loud, strange noise that I had never heard before. If there had been any issues prior to the service, the service center should have identified and mentioned them as part of their inspection. This suggests everything was fine when I brought the car in, and they might have caused the issue during the service. When I called the service center to report the noise, they immediately denied any responsibility. I scheduled another appointment and dropped the car off for further inspection. After two days, they informed me that the noise was caused by a faulty blower, which needed to be replaced at a cost of around $1,000. I wasn’t prepared to pay for this because it wasn’t an issue when I initially brought the car in. I requested they return my car in the same condition as when I dropped it off. Instead, they started negotiating and offering discounts on the repair. I ultimately had to pay for something I didn’t plan for and believe wasn’t my fault. I’m very disappointed with their service and don’t recommend this kind of experience to anyone. More

Turning lemons into lemonade. I recently had the unfortunate experience of hitting a pothole that I prefer to refer to as a small crater. Two flat tires and a cracked rim later Justin Kraus at Mercedes of Cincinnati took my frantic phone call. He calmed me down and assured me they were going to take good care of me and my car. He contacted Sora's Towing and their extremely personable driver arrived quickly and towed my vehicle in. Justin had a loaner waiting for me and less than 5 minutes after arriving I was ready to be on my way. Enter Chris Walker. I was extremely stressed and upset over the situation and the damage to my car had me considering leasing a new one. Chris was so very patient with me and listened to all of my needs and wants for my new vehicle. He answered each and every text I sent him immediately and was always cheerful despite my endless barrage of questions. He searched diligently and found the perfect car for me. Chris and Justin helped turn a horrible situation into an amazing one and I am so grateful. I am more than thrilled with my new car. I spoke to Zach about ordering a 2016 C450 when reports of the new model first appeared in the enthusiast press in Fall 2014. Zach and I worked together to specify options in May and changed them twice as new info from M-B became available. 14 months ago we purchased a new smart fortwo. We loved the car. But as "luck would have it" we ran into some serious problems. In checking with other smart car owners - I realized that to have problems was NOT the rule. Everyone we talked to was super happy with their smart car. As time went on through that year - we worked through several issues. We got to know Rick Crane. He was unbelievable supportive and helpful. We not consider him a great friend. We now have our second "new" smart fortwo passion ... Annaliese was exceptionally helpful with ordering a brand new one - right of the line for us. Through it all, we have come to see what Mercedes Benz Customer Service really means. We've never been to any automotive dealership that treated us any better. There is NO ONE that we worked with that we didn't appreciate their kindness to us. We would recommend this dealership to anyone. More
