I had the pleasure of dealing with Justin Poynter who was very professional, and polite. I chose to buy a 2018 Subaru Outback 3.6R. He showed me every feature, and detail of the Outback. He always made sure to ask me if I had any questions, was there any feature I wanted to know more about. His knowledge of the vehicle was impressive. I never felt rushed, put against the wall, or had any feeling of being uncomfortable with my purchase. Once I was approved Justin went through the process of discussing the owners manual, service requirements, all of the cars features in detail and making sure the car's settings were adjusted to my satisfaction. I have never met a sales person as honest, professional, and service oriented as Justin. He did not make me feel as if he was pushing a car on me, and satisfying his quota. He made me feel as if I was being welcomed to the Falcone Subaru family. He gave me the feeling that they were there to make sure I was taken care of not just when buying the car but if I should have any questions in the future, or issue with the car. I also had the pleasure of dealing with Moe Abbasi their business manager, who took his time to explain all the financial documents I needed to sign. I was never rushed during the entire process. All my questions were answered completely and thoroughly. Falcone Subaru is the Gold Standard of what a dealership should be. More

Falcone is my choice I had looked at 2017 Foresters on another dealer's lot, even drove one. But, my brother in law is a Falcone customer (a very pleased one) and it is cl I had looked at 2017 Foresters on another dealer's lot, even drove one. But, my brother in law is a Falcone customer (a very pleased one) and it is closer to my workplace as well. So I was pleased to find I could get a 2018, at the same price as the other dealer's 2017s, and with such a straightforward purchase process. I did have the VIP advantage but still kudos to Falcone Subaru team for a smooth straightforward and seamless purchase process! Salesperson Justin Poynter was very helpful! More

As before, they were flat out the best deal, making sure we received every credit available, and as before, with impeccable service. We had only a few days to locate the right car, before a trip and there were a few small items to take care of. Chase and ream handled them all perfectly. Chase, Mo, Josh were all terrific. We were looking for this specific combination and though Falcone did not have one in stock, they were able to trade for this vehicle. We are from Northern Indiana and it was difficult to find a dealer near us who would return calls, so we were grateful for Justin at Falcone. He was able to find the car we were looking for and secured the trade with the other dealership the day we inquired. It wasn't the most local dealership by far, but the sales team was gracious and flexible with our schedule and 3 1/2 hour drive. We left having learned about the exterior, interior, and information systems in the car and were able to implement their use immediately. I know I have someone I can contact with any questions we have, though we don't have any because the overview was so thorough! I feel incredibly comfortable using this vehicle and would recommend Falcone to anyone! More
