You hear horror stories about buying cars. Pressure tactics, runarounds, that weird game where everyone disappears to "talk to the manager." None of that here. John was straightforward, knowledgeable, and funny without trying too hard, just a legitimately easy person to work with. He answered every question, didn't push, and kept things moving without making it feel rushed. The whole transaction was painless in a way that almost felt suspicious, like I kept waiting for the other shoe to drop. It never did. I'm pretty sure if I'd asked this guy to do a backflip to close the deal, he would have at least considered it, and knowing how the rest of this went, he probably would've nailed it first try. Whatever White River Toyota is paying him, it's not enough. Same goes for everyone else I dealt with there. Great experience from start to finish. More

Never have I had an experience like this. I usually dread car shopping, with the pushy car dealers, and overinflated prices! A friend recommended I give White River Toyota a try, and I'm glad I did. None of the people I dealt with were what I expected. John Culotta is young, but was knowledgeable, welcoming and most of all FUN. He never pushed and didn't rush me. Justin Smith was great about checking on info for us and assisting with making the deal. I researched before i came, and got an extremely fair trade in value, without having to dicker. And finally financing with Lucas Mudge was exceptional. He answered my questions, without making me feel obligated to add on all of the extras (and yet I did get the extended warranty at a great deal). The whole package at White River Toyota was amazing and I truly had fun buying my new 2026 Toyota Camry. Great big thank you to all 3 of these great guys, but especially to John. When my husband's ready for a new rig, we'll be coming to see you! More

I’ll start off saying that I hate buying new cars - it’s a process that has always felt like every bad cliche one can imagine of car sales persons, sales managers & dealerships. Rose & WRT came recommended to me by neighbors of mine who had recently purchased at Tundra from her. From first contact via email & text messages - Rose was very responsive, easy going, and calm - she also has a very quite/subtle sense of humor and knows how to use it to make things less stressful. Rose made the process as good and easy as possible - which is much appreciated. Rose was never pushy, nor did she try to push me into something I didn’t want. Scheduling appointments to see the Tacoma I wanted was simple and Rose worked hard to be flexible with my somewhat crazy schedule ie. Work, Family, & Life commitments thru the process until I drove my new Tacoma home. I also appreciated the design of the show room - where the sales managers are out in the open, and not secluded away in some office where you can only imagine what’s being said about one’s self. The trade in process was good - and the amount they offered fell with in the range Edmunds & Kelly Blue Book predicted. WRT did not attempt to nickel & dime me for the trade in of my Subaru either. They kept their word on the value offered. I’d gladly recommend Rose to anyone looking for a Toyota! More

I just purchased my 2nd vehicle from WR Toyota! I was working with another salesperson and the next day they were gone. John was given my information and immediately reached out letting me know he I was working with another salesperson and the next day they were gone. John was given my information and immediately reached out letting me know he would be taking over. He was absolutely amazing! He worked hard throughout the day to answer all my questions, send me any information I was curious about, and even went above and beyond with banks! He is genuine, professional and truly cares about his customers! I am ecstatic about my experience and in love with my 2019 RAV 4!! Thank you John!! More
