In 2008 we met Chris Killmer at White River Toyota when we purchased our Toyota Sienna new in 2008. We were very impressed with Chris Killmer and how well we were treated. In 2012 we returned to White River Toyota and worked with Chris Killmer to purchase our 2012 Toyota Tundra. Working with Chris Killmer was so easy and smooth. Chris was easy to cantact and great at following up on any questions we had. Chris Killmer is a real class act. I look forward to working with Chris Killmer on all my future Toyota purchases. My Review of White River Toyota:
Our family has been going to White River Toyota for ages, dealing with Carl Hard and now with Eric Hard and the excellent service team. Bought quite a few cars over the years. All have been good experiences. The last servicing I was just about to drive out when I realized that I had not mentioned that my center console drink holder was wedged shut apparently by a credit card that somehow got stuck. Not a big deal but I really missed using the space. Literally as I was ready to drive out, I mentioned the problem to Dan. He did not say, "You will need to get that taken care of the next time you come in" nor did he blow me off as a non-problem but immediately got someone from the tech area who had to dismantle my whole gear shift and work quite doggedly to get it all torn apart and put back together. Was not charged for this service. So like the others, WRT is truly all about the customer. It is often the little things that really make the difference in choosing a dealership.

Pete Stoddard’s White River Toyota has again raised the bar for absolute excellence in service. My wife’s car had electrical problems, and when I called to make an appointment, they said to bring it in immediately. Pete met us personally, made sure Eric Hard (who has looked after our service needs for 20 years) was involved, and even got TJ, the incredible expert they turn to with the most impossible puzzles, to head the team that would diagnose and fix the vehicle. Despite coming in at the end of the day, there was no sense of rush, only one of concern for us – they even asked if we needed a loaner vehicle! White River’s motto of “People come first” is not only believed, it is firmly followed. Customers are treated like family at this unique dealership and we cannot recommend it highly enough.

I bought my truck new and have had all the service done at White River Toyota. It is easy to drop the truck off for service and the shuttle makes it convienent to get to work and back.

My Review of White River Toyota:
My wife and I bought a used 2009 Hyundai Accent CS from Chris Killmer last Sunday. John Elliot and Paul Battaini were mangers on duty. My man, Kevin Doyle was off that day unfortunately because I think Kevin is great person. The car we bought runs great! The overall buying experience was great! Chris Killmer even made the delivery from White River Jct. to South Burlington at our house. While at the dealership this past Sunday, Chris recommended a good Italian restaurant for us to celebrate our purchase inside Hanover near the new Hannaford grocery store. Our dinner was great, and my wife Sonya bought three lottery tickets at the nearby Hannafords which each turned out to be winners - covered our gas!
Thank you for taking the time to deliver the vehicle to us and providing us with a great buying experience. My wife and I both have busy schedules and it was the holiday weekend which made pickup a challenge on our part - so thanks for delivering. Many recommendations coming your way and we will definitely do business with White River Toyota in the future!

Hooray, a car dealership that actually provides service with their sales pitch. I'm glad I own a Toyota, as I wouldn't have met them if it had been another make. I really like the up front customer service, especially getting precise reports from the case manager.
