Before my cosigner arrived, they sold the car to somebody else! This happened AFTER they already ran my CREDIT! RUN FAST! STAY AWAY!! More

We are avid car guys. Last week stop to see a friend of mine that owns a high end body shop. The car was sitting in his parking lot with the sun shining on it. He went out to look at my car because he said it looks like it was hit. I told him this is the way I bought it. He brought it into one of his work bays and looked it over. He put it up on the lift for over an hour. He told me that the car has been in an accident. He said the drivers side had a lot of damage and parts were replaced and the whole drivers side was repainted. Baierl Ford had this car advertised as one owner, zero accidents. If it wasn't for my body shop friend I would have never known this dealer lied to me. This was the second time someone told me the car looks like it was repaired. The first time was about three months after I bought it. I called the dealer to talk to my salesman but he wasn't in. I called the salesman directly and he told me he doesn't work there any longer. I have tried several times to get someone on the phone that my show some real concern. After this report from the body shop owner I will seek legal help as both my sisters are attorneys. This practice of misrepresenting the vehicles you are selling is illegal. We are having the vehicle tested for odometer rollback now. Without knowing I purchased a vehicle that should have been in a junkyard. My son and I were totally misled and my son was lied to when he asked a few questions when he went to the dealer. The service people and salesman swore this car was perfect with no accidents or damage ever, their exact words to my son. Hopefully we can make some forward progress with this so nobody else buys a used, misrepresented lemon from this dealer. They are only happy to take your money. I am seeking to get my money back and stick them with the car again. Don't even think of dealing with these people. Ruthless, money hungry story tellers! More

Told salesman I was ready to buy and pre approved with BOA. All I wanted was a pictures of underneath the car and I would be ready. Come to find out car is being sold. I bought a 2022 Ford Bronco with 40 miles on it in March 2023. We gave $8,000 in cash down. In April the check engine light came on and within a few days it was making a loud noise. Service department could not get it in for 3 weeks. Once in the shop, Tonya would tell me she would call me when she had information and would not call for a week. They did not offer me a loaner-I had to ask my salesman for one. This was after having my car in for service for a week with no mechanic even looking at it yet. In June, Tonya told me “We ordered parts and will tear down the car and see if the flex plate is broken-it probably is” and said she will call me on Monday-she never did. The next week I called a service manager, Mike Brown, who did not return my call. So, I left a review online about the lack of quality customer service and the fixed operations manager replied and asked me to call him and I did. He was able to find information on my car and was helpful. They had my car for 35 days when all they needed was a few days to get the parts and one day to fix it. I filed for the Lemon Law. When the buy back was actually scheduled (July 30, 2023-yes, that is how long it took), we were promised by Ben Borza and by Scott Haines of Baierl Ford, on more than one occasion (because I kept checking in with them), that the warranty we bought was cancelled and we will be receiving the refund check. Apparently, half of our down payment went to the car and the other half went to pay the total cost of the warranty-which is not something we understood at the time of sale. They really need to make this clearer to their customers. As it turned out, I had to call for weeks to find out where my check was and discovered by calling the warranty place myself that NO ONE had cancelled my warranty-two months after I was told it was cancelled (on more than one occasion remember). The warranty place told me dealerships CANNOT cancel a warranty. So, each time I asked the dealership to confirm that my warranty was cancelled and they said “yes”, they were lying to me as they hadn’t actually looked into it for me. I received my refund check 3 MONTHS after the buy back of my car and while that is incredibly late, I only received it because I looked into it, not because anyone at Baierl Ford cared enough to ensure that I received the money I was owed. Because of their poor service department, lack of communication with customers, and the uncaring, uninformative staff, I will never even think of a Ford again, let alone shop at Baierl Ford and I will tell anyone I know to avoid it. I guarantee if I left any one of them without a car for 35 days and owed them $4,800 that they had to chase me to get while I lie to them, they would not be happy. More

Last week (almost 3 weeks after dropping off my car), I was told "it's probably a cracked flywheel and parts were ordered just in case." That was over a week ago and I still haven't heard from anyone. Since I haven't heard from anyone, I called the service manager this morning at 9am and was told "I will check and have someone get back to you." It is now the end of the day and I haven't been called. I had also asked for a loaner once a week had gone by and I needed a car. I was told "I'll let you know when I have one" by a Tonya. Never heard from her for over a week. My husband called our salesman and I had a loaner the next day-which I am still driving 2.5 weeks later. More
