I took my car for service, when I went to cashier, Angelie was very rude and unprofessional. They told me my car key is not there. I looked for general manager, somebody directed me to Justin Watt in Angelie was very rude and unprofessional. They told me my car key is not there. I looked for general manager, somebody directed me to Justin Watt in sales department. He listened to my complain. I called back after three hours and spoke to Mike Moreno, he said Justin never talked to him. I raised my concern to Mike Moreno about the cashier, I told him this is the second time Angelie was rude for the last six months and nobody took care of it despite I complained about her, he said that he would take The care of it but I never heard back from him. My car was parked in the parking lot but they were holding the key. I have to look for my car where it was parked . I am very disappointed. More
