During purchase negotiations for the 2022 Bolt EUV Premier, Platinum sales agreed to swap out the bulky all weather floor mats for ordinary carpet mats. When I later took delivery you advised you were not going to do that after all. I discovered it was a $100 retail item when I actually purchased the replacement mats from the Sonoma dealer. What an obnoxious disgusting display of your lack of customer respect. Mr Butler is fantastic, Platinum Chevrolet is an entirely opposite class of entity to be generally avoided and to be actively recommended against to anyone who needs to be warned. Warranty is now almost expired I likely will not visit Platinum again. In 26 personal vehicle purchases over many years I never experience a dealer with such repulsive disregard for customer interaction. You are fine with risking a customer relationship over an item of such minuscule value. I feel obligated to start what I should have started after the purchase and actively post numerous reviews to reach out and warn other consumers More
