I worked with Kyle at Honda on Grand and had a wonderful experience! He didn't play games or drag out the process. My husband had emailed with Kyle and he was great about discussing our options and helping us strategize about how to get our priorities not within the right price range. I was a little underwhelmed by the Honda CRV hybrid on the initial test drive but then Dan gave us a full tour of all the bells and whistles and he was incredibly knowledgeable. This is our third car that we bought at your dealership and have felt like you've given us the best value on our trade-ins. Wish there was a way to shorten the amount of time it takes to buy a car but overall we felt well cared for and left feeling very satisfied thanks to Kyle and Dan and the accounts manager who went over all the details of the paperwork with us carefully. More

Kyle was an excellent salesman. Cordial, informative and responsive. I particularly liked that he was responsive post sale in taking care of a minor issue. He didn't "sell" me a car - I was already in on buying a CRV and I liked the car I bought. What he did well was answer questions or concerns and follow up. Should I have negotiated more or a better price? Probably. But I was comfortable with the car and the price and with Kyle not being a "cheesy" sales type it was an easy decision. I don't recall the Finance person I dealt with but he was excellent as well. The fact that I paid cash made that process easier so I'm not sure how to properly rate him but my interaction with him was simple, straight forward and professional. More

He was very knowledgeable and helpful when I had questions about the features of the different trims of Civics - everything from the benefits/tradeoffs of the different engines available for the Civic to the replacement costs of side mirrors with blind spot monitoring. Honda on Grand truly stands out from the other Honda dealers I've visited in the Chicagoland area. More
