Kainoa was extremely understanding of my unique situation and my needs and worked really hard to make a deal happen for me. Kai and the team at Suntrup VW were the absolute best and helped us out big time. The recent hail storm totaled our car and with one quick email Kai had us rolling in a new vehicle within 24 hours.
