Service Friendliness Service tech and outside gentleman (the person who cleaned my car and suggested how to remove stain from window trim) were friendly and most helpful. This place sucks. Over priced. Service never answers calls Had my car here for a recall, they cut a wire to my nav and said I needed to take it to best buy to get fixed. Very good experience. I was advised to have my car at the dealership by 9:30. When I arrived they were ready to start work on My vehicle. When it became clear that repair work would not be completed by 5pm on the 3rd ofJuly they called to make certain that that I could be without my car until July 5th.? More
