I have been a loyal customer for 5 years, my initial visit was a panic as my car was out of commission and the team worked with me positively in every way possible! Did not purchase my 2016 Sorento at Turpin, but it has been serviced there, and only there, for the past 6 years. Unlike other dealers I have delt with in the past, not once during those 6 years did anyon been serviced there, and only there, for the past 6 years. Unlike other dealers I have delt with in the past, not once during those 6 years did anyone from Turpin try to persuade me to trade in my vehicle, despite my many conversations with the sales rep Michael during my service calls. I always respected that about Turpin and when the time came to order a new 2022 Sorento, it was a no brainer. Turpin was fantastic during the whole process. Great job Turpin More
