Consistently fantastic I have gone to Cityside several times for service for both my own Subaru and my wife's Subaru. They are consistently good - call back when they say they will, usually finish sooner than they think they will, and help out by providing loaner cars for longer service. I only wish they were closer to where I live, but they can't do anything about that! Thanks Cityside! More

Short block replacement CitySide noted the oil consumption of my 2012 Impreza and made an appointment to replace the necessary parts at no charge to me. CitySide also provided a loaner car at no charge for the duration of the service. I appreciated CitySide's response and attention to the situation. Since the replacement the car has driven well and I hope that too-frequent low oil indications are now in the past. More
