Peter was great!
I have been in the automobile business for 21 years and the salesperson, the dealership, and the entire process for me was the absolute best. Knowing what I know about many dealerships, I thought I would be pushed into products and items I didn't want but it was much better than I thought and I would and will be recommending customers to Peter and Cityside Subaru.
Thanks for making it such a good experience having to buy my first car in 21 years.

My Review of Cityside Subaru:
Peter was easy to work with. He helped me find my new 2012 Impreza, custom to my preferences. I had to come with my four year old son. Peter found crayons and paper, and included my son in the process of buying the car. He even helped us move our things from the old car to the new car. We decided to get the service package with City Side as well, because we were so impressed with the service. Peter made me feel like I wasn't just a person buying a car. He got to know who I was and helped match me to my car while accommodating me and my son.

My Review of Cityside Subaru:
I had a great experience at CitySide Subaru. John Melvin was very active (but not pushy at all), during the sales process. He definitely listened to what I wanted and asked for, and made sure to deliver on it as well. I will definitely recommend this dealer to anyone I know in the market for a new car, and when I'm ready to do business again, will not hesitate to go back. Great experience in all regards!

My Review of Cityside Subaru:
Working initially with Mark Lidano on the purchase of a Subaru Legacy was by far the best experience I have had buying a car. Mark took all of what I was looking for in a new car (had a long list), and managed to come up with one solid recommendation which I am currently driving today. In this kind of business, this is tops! I would highly recommend Mark to anyone looking to buy a car.

My Review of Cityside Subaru:
We bought a car from Quirk Subaru a year ago and had a terrible experience when we picked up the car - nothing was ready. We decided to give Cityside a try and were pleased we did. John and the other sales people were not pushy, they listened and they acted. They answered our questions and took the time to get the answers they didn't have. They were willing to give us the price we offered, which is always a plus. They priced out the features we wanted, folded them into the package and everything was ready when we picked up the car. The financing process was quick and smooth. We will certainly refer them to friends, use their service department and return for another car when we need one.

Dealing with Peter and Cityside Subaru was an unexpected pleasure. Peter listened to me when I expressed my needs and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't want. His follow-up was excellent and the delivery of my new car was perfect. I also had great service from Jade Vigilio, the finance manager who helped me with my loan. I have not yet had any experience with the service department, but I expect that will be as positive as my experience with sales and finance. Thanks, Peter!

My Review of Cityside Subaru:
My wife and I went into CITYSIDE SUBARU after seeing that they had a high rating on the Dealer Rater Web Site. Note: we had previously gone to both Metrowest and Village and had less than pleasant experiences for a variety of reasons, that included being told at Village that the MSRP was the price, and being called on my cell phone no less than 30 times after we left Metrowest by the same sales person. At Cityside we met with PETER ROSENBERG who was very fun and pleasant to deal with. He gave us a competitive price right out of the box. He worked with us in an honest for forthcoming way. When the vehicle that we wanted could not be found in New England, he worked with us to order the vehicle exactly as we wanted it. Most importantly he and Cityside gave us a final price that NO ONE could beat. We shopped the price and realized we had the right dealership, both for price and the pleasant nature of the sales and management staff. Even on the last day when we were picking up the car, and we decided not to purchase certain service plans and such, they NEVER PRESSURED US to buy these items. If I purchase a car again, or if anyone I know is purchasing a car I will send them to CITYSIDE and to PETER. THANKS CITYSIDE and PETER!!!!!! WE LOVE OUR CAR!!!!!

CitySide Subaru - and Mark Lidano in particular - made our car buying experience a genuine pleasure resulting in a car we love. Mark treats the customer like an adult.
He offers choices without pushiness, information without burying you alive, let's you take the car out for a spin as often as you need, and gives good advice without trying to make your mind up for you He also has a fine sense of humor
which adds to any good experience. People at CitySide Subaru are friendly and real.
