Mark Lidano at Cityside was great to work with. He was helpful, knowledgeable, and patient with me, and this was my first time buying a car. Alan was also really helpful when it came to navigating the finances. They really wanted to help me find a car that was right for me. It was a pleasure to work with them. And I LOVE my new 2010 Outback!

Worked with Mark to buy my first car! Mark was great, patient, informative, helpful. Allan was also great when it came to doing the financing. They walked me through the process from start to finish, were available for help, but not overly pushy. They tried to work with me to really help me find what was right for me. And I LOVE the car (new Outback 2010)!!

My Review of Cityside Subaru:
I had not used City Side for previous service because I was using the dealership I bought my Subaru at. However, I had a relative emergency or at least what I thought was one and needed a dealership close by. I called on a Monday morning and they got me in the next day and provided a loaner car. The issue turned out be a bent exhaust manifold - simple to fix and no parts needed. Total bill was $25. What I was impressed with was their honesty - they could have made this a much more expensive trip. I'm done with the old dealership and officially switched to City Side for my future service needs.

They were extremely helpful in navigating the process of buying my first car. Through the negotations and financial transactions they were very patient and accomodating. Very good overall experience at Cityside. LOVE the car!

My Review of Cityside Subaru:
I didn't come in for a Subaru, but I walked away with a nice little Honda Civic LX coupe (it was a trade-in_! Mark and the staff of Cityside Subaru helped turn what started as an unfortunate situation (my car was totaled so I needed a new one) to a very pleasurable experience.

Cityside made my buying experience quick and painless, with little negotiation. They accepted our second offer! They had even let us bring in an independent mechanic friend of ours to check out the car before buying. If you're looking for a smooth process and easy negotiation when buying a used car, I'd definitely recommend Cityside Subaru.

bought 2005 forester from mark and was very happy w /the sale and price of car. mark has kept in touch and this past week got me in for emergency service and drove me to work and picked me up. i am almost ready for a new forester and will definetely purchase from cityside and mark.

My Review of Cityside Subaru:
From the moment that I was greeted, the entire sales experience was upbeat, positive and I felt like I had known everyone all my life. I have bought cars previously from this dealer and other dealers and spent the better part of a day completing the process. This experience was a few hours and very pleasing. We shared stories outside the sales transaction, joked and had a really enjoyable time.

My Review of Cityside Subaru:
Just bought a new 2010 Outback. Mark and Nathan were both great to deal with. We were very picky in terms of the color and options and couldn't find our car in stock anywhere. Nathan agreed to a great price and told us there was a matching model on an inbound shipment and we could expect our car in about 4-6 weeks. The next day I spoke to Nathan and he told me they had located a car for us and were working on a swap, but, not to get my hopes up yet. The day after, Mark called and told us the car was on its way and we could come down to take a look at it. Drove it home the next day, weeks sooner than we had expected!

All the way through the process, when dealing with Mark and Nathan, we were kept well informed and felt like everything was above board and very laid back. I would definately recommend buying from Cityside and working with Mark and Nathan.

My Review of Cityside Subaru:
Mark Lidano was terrific to work with from start to finish. My first visit to Cityside was strictly fact-finding, and I never felt even the tiniest bit of pressure to do anything more than just ask questions, all of which Mark answered in as much detail as I wanted/needed. I mean, he was obviously trying to sell me a car, but he wasn’t trying to SELL ME A CAR!! I could tell from the beginning that he was really listening to me, and that he really wanted to help me find the best car for me and the two Golden Retrievers I chauffeur around.

The first car I looked at was an ex-loaner from the Service Department, perfect in almost every way except for the color. I just hated the thought of two Goldens shedding all over that beautiful black interior. I don’t know exactly what magic act he worked out, but Mark managed to spring another loaner from the Service Dept. in a color and model that were perfect for me, and now my pups are happily messing up the Golden-colored interior of my new Outback.

Lots of other people have mentioned Mark’s All Star Test Drive Route, so I won’t go into any detail on that, other than to say that it includes just about every situation and surface you’re likely to run into. And Mark, I think you’ll be pleased to know that I’ve gotten a lot gutsier about gunning it when I go into those hairpin exits off Route 2.

Bottom line ... I absolutely love my (almost) new Subaru, and I’m looking forward to lots and lots of great years with the car and with Cityside.
