The car market is crazy right now, so I jumped on the opportunity to purchase a newly listed Grand Cherokee. As a result, the dealership did not yet have the title, and Karl's communication while we wai opportunity to purchase a newly listed Grand Cherokee. Additionally, there was a lot of back and forth between the dealership, lender, and insurance company. Though there were some mistakes that had to be corrected, Karl always was calm, apologetic, and moving forward. He got me into my car, and followed up to make sure everything went well. He was genuine and honest, and there's not much more one can ask for when it comes to buying a vehicle. More

I've purchased at least 4 Jeep Grand Cherokee vehicles from Zenia DiSangro over the last several years. I also get great service from Amanda and Lisa in the service center. He offered me a full orientation when I picked up the vehicle and was very helpful for the few minutes that I was there but I had to run and had people waiting - so I will be back to see him. The "service" you get both on the sales side (Zenia) and the maintenance and repair side (Amanda and Lisa) are the basis for my loyalty over several years. My son dropped me off yesterday to pick up the new vehicle and he was driving a "pre-owned" Jeep Cherokee that he purchased a few years ago. So you guys "own" the family. More
