My Review of Hennessy Lexus of Gwinnett:
On December 2, 2011, I submitted a request to three dealerships regarding new car pricing. Karla Jones wrote me immediately, and said she would love to be the one to put a new ES 350 in my driveway. I called her, and we discussed which vehicle I would be interested in. I then asked for her "rock bottom, drive out" price, sent via email. Some sales associates will not do that, but she was very willing. Her response was lightning fast. I printed the email, and asked if I could come see the car. Even though she was supposed to leave work at 6pm, she said she was happy to stay late and work the deal out. I received a fair value for my trade-in, and there were no surprises when we were ready to sign the papers. Karla waited until everything was signed, and gave me a great review of all aspects of the car, including pairing my smartphone with the bluetooth.
Everyone at the dealership was extremely friendly and helpful from the moment I walked through the door. You could not tell they had worked all day. Everyone had a smile, and they genuinely seemed to enjoy their work. I drove home that night in a gorgeous 2012 Lexus ES350 in satin cashmere.
Today, December 5, 2011, I took the car to have Stone X installed. There was no waiting period, and then they took care of updating all my personal preferences on the car. Karla also demonstrated entering phone book contacts. She truly gives exceptional customer service, and I never want to buy a car from anyone else!
