I came in there for service for my Tacoma. I don’t know if the tech leaned on the door but now it’s scratches the bottom of my frame and now it’s starting to dent it. Your technician said it I don’t know if the tech leaned on the door but now it’s scratches the bottom of my frame and now it’s starting to dent it. Your technician said it was because that’s where your feet go, but it is not. I had multiple people try to get in the truck and it’s not a place where you stop. I have been making everyone know and I will post. More

The service was very professional. Kateeja was very courteous and checked in with me many times.The problem is that she had to check in with me because the service took a long time. Was told I needed $800 work on my 2020 Rav 4 with only 25K miles. Invoice states "customer requests" when I did not request it, I told this was needed. She was pleasant but feel I was lead to believe that 25K miles. Invoice states "customer requests" when I did not request it, I told this was needed. She was pleasant but feel I was lead to believe that my car with only 25k miles needed much more work than it actually did. It's not been driven very much and it seems to me highly unlikely that it needed that much maintenance. Also wasn't told that there were dealer discounts for $99 Alignment and $15 off wipers. Was this end of year push? More
