I got a used truck at a fair price. Kathie is a good saleswoman. By that I mean she was not pushy, deceptive, or unpleasant to work with. I have encountered some sales pukes when looking for new cars and when I do, I walk away. I don't bend to high pressure sales, I walk. Glenn Polk Chevy, Kathie especially, gives a feel of a decent business and I felt no pressure. The guy that handles the contract/financing is a good person too. The only reason I didn't award 5 stars is a parts issue. 2 parts on the truck needed attn. Glenn Polk agreed to correct it. I made an appointment to get it done but one of the parts was wrong and I had to make second trip. Certainly not a deal breaker but rather a small inconvenience. I would like to do business with Kathie and Glenn Polk again. It's that easy. More

I purchased a used pathfinder. Not sure I received the best deal but it is what it is. Only problem was with financing. The bank computer would not accept the paperwork. Dealership had computer problems printing the contract. Finally got it printed. I think the problem was with the bank software. Everyone from sales to service were friendly and efficient. More
