Had an excellent experience, just looking around online and applied then got contacted almost right away. Mr Rod reached out and listed to what I was looking for and gave all my questions great answers the and applied then got contacted almost right away. Mr Rod reached out and listed to what I was looking for and gave all my questions great answers then he told me to give him some time to look for options. He called back after a day and said he found a vehicle that he thought I had great chances on and went to battle to get me into it! Called me back and said we got you approved, I packed up my family headed to dealership and we were treated with such kindness! Mr Chris handled paper work and made all information very clear, talked with my kids and wasn’t fazed by how all over the place they were. I was very pleased with my experience at this dealership! Will definitely be going back once I need another vehicle. More

Was completely amazed a how they had the vehicle ready when we got there. Was easy to make the trade. Salesman was supper friendly and knowledgeable of the vehicle. We went with a special order to get the maximum usage for towing in a new Silverado 1500 High Country. I would totally give her a call and she will put you in your next vehicle at Glenn Polk Chevrolet in Sanger. Their service department I have used for my 2017 GMC Sierra Supercrew. This is an added reason I shopped Glenn Polk due to their professionalism and knowledge to keep my vehicles running to specs. More
