Purchased a six month old Lexus. Car was in excellent condition, if course. Once we got it home it sat, unused, for a week. I found out the tire had a slow leak. The car was sold with no warranty other than the manufacturer's remaining warranty. Not a problem. However the dealer should, I believe, take care of an inexpensive repair that we could not possibly have noticed. So we emailed our sales lady, Katherine. Four times. She decided to ghost us. This leads us to a one star rating. No service after the sale. More
