Kathryn was AWESOME! !! Even before my visit I called and she was very informative. The moment I walked in to the Service department I was greeted with her smile! Ka !! I have appreciated the overall, prompt, friendly, and seemingly reasonable service…until my most recent visit. Service remained friendly and prompt. However, the fee for looking at my vehicle, only to b seemingly reasonable service…until my most recent visit. Service remained friendly and prompt. However, the fee for looking at my vehicle, only to be given information I already had before going into the dealership, was too high. Also, I compared the parts estimate given to me to other Subaru dealerships’ MSRP for same part. Randy Marion’s part quote is at least $600 higher than others. I am disappointed. More

Every visit to Randy Marion Subaru Makes me glad they are there. They are not your 10 minute oil change store but when you drive out you know your car is serviced correctly. Kathryn is as good as it get as a there. They are not your 10 minute oil change store but when you drive out you know your car is serviced correctly. Kathryn is as good as it get as a service writer and follows your car to insure it has all the items on your list completed. They are fast and their shuttle service to Costco or many other local shopping venues is a true perc. I have a 2015 Forrester and a 2019 Ascent and both are maintained to perfection. More
