I had tried for a year to get an appt to get a recall fixed. Taking the car in and the check-in process was very easy. When I finally got the appt I was told I could get a shuttle ride home. I will never buy a car from this dealership again. They sold me a $52,000 vehicle without even performing a basic oil change. When I drove off the lot, the car was already at 30% oil life. That’s unacceptable, especially considering this is the second vehicle I’ve purchased from them. You’d expect better treatment and attention to detail for such a significant purchase—and from a repeat customer no less. I’m extremely disappointed with the service and lack of care. I bought a 2017 jeep cherokee 5 weeks ago from Ourisman Jeep in Bowie (it will came with a limited warranty for 2 months that excludes brake pads and rotors). My brakes starting squeeling and they just tol Jeep in Bowie (it will came with a limited warranty for 2 months that excludes brake pads and rotors). My brakes starting squeeling and they just told me to replace all 4 pads and rotors will cost $2,400! Are you kidding me? Has anyone paid that much for a brake job? And even though I had a service appointment scheduled, it took them over 3 days to give me the estimate. Need less to say, I will NEVER buy another vehicle from this dealer nor will I have them service the vehicle - ever! I love the Jeep but this is absurd. More
