She was both professional and friendly, and I never felt like she was trying to push me into making a purchase. Katie was very patient with me and answered all my questions, making the entire transaction seamless and enjoyable. I also appreciated how efficient she was in getting things processed in a timely manner. One thing that stood out to me about Genthe Honda was that they didn't charge any high market adjustment fees or add ons, which is something that many Honda dealerships are known for. Genthe Honda was upfront and transparent about their pricing, and I really appreciated that. Overall, I had a great experience purchasing my car from Genthe Honda, thanks in large part to Katie Baldwin's excellent customer service. If you're looking for a Honda dealership that won't give you a hard time and that honors their promises, then Genthe Honda is definitely the place to go. I highly recommend them! More

A wonderful experience working with Genthe Honda! Katie was very responsive and helped answer any questions we had on the Honda Civic and any other general questions. Many Honda dealers are chargin Katie was very responsive and helped answer any questions we had on the Honda Civic and any other general questions. Many Honda dealers are charging market adjustments during these times but not these guys. Katie and her finance manager, Tyler came in on a day convenient for us in order to get a deal done, and were very efficient in getting things processed in a timely manner.
