I had a terrible experience with this dealership and would not recommend them to anyone. I drove over two hours to look at an X3M Competition, only to be met with frustration and dishonesty. During the test drive, I noticed several issues with the car, such as mismatched tires, water in the headlights, curbed wheels, and a missing tow hook cover. I wasn’t even asking for a discount—just pointing out the flaws—but instead of addressing these concerns professionally, the manager became defensive and outright rude. The manager took it upon herself to criticize my trade-in vehicle which I have never experienced in my entire time buying vehicles. Before I came to the dealership, I specifically asked if the car had two keys. The manager admitted it didn’t but promised to “throw in” key protection and to "come see her" that after 90 days I could simply report the missing key as “lost” to get a replacement for free. This is blatantly asking a customer to commit fraud and is abhorrent for any business it is unethical. Kayla's lack of professionalism and honesty was alarming as well as her inexperience in the process. Save yourself the time and frustration—go elsewhere. This went from me going home and coming back to buying the vehicle (I had my 4-year-old with me who was tired) to walking away frustrated. More
