Deceitful and disrespectful I would strongly advise my friends and family against going to this dealership. I accompanied my brother to the dealership. What ensued was a deceitfu I would strongly advise my friends and family against going to this dealership. I accompanied my brother to the dealership. What ensued was a deceitful and disrespectful display of behavior by the dealership's sales manager, Kazi Haque. Kazi very literally said to us that "Ads are designed to bring people in" (when referencing the disparity between the ad price and their proposed price) and if we didn't like the price, the "door was open." But for his actions, we would have walked out of there with two trucks. We were looking for a pickup that the dealership was advertising and the numbers we were initially presented were significantly higher. We were told the ad had to be formally presented and it was akin to a "Groupon" - We presented the ad, from their website, the salesperson confirmed the availability of cars meeting the spec and presented us with revised numbers that still included "fees" that were not listed in the ad - We indicated that the difference between us signing and not were the fees that were not included in the fine print of the ad- he requested leave to speak to a manager. The manager, Kazi Haque approached us and said the numbers were what they were and that "ads are designed to bring people in" - I took exception to that and told him that "ads are supposed to reflect the sales price and not be deceptive" - Kazi then said that if we didn't like the price, the "door is open" Shocked, I asked for a superior, Kazi indicated he was the manager and his superiors were not in. I asked for a business card, he said "take three." Of greater concern than being disrespected, is that the powers-that-be leave him in charge of the dealership and their brand. My concern will be addressed with Chrysler and the appropriate consumer protection agencies. More

From the moment we walk into the showroom, we ar We've been part of the Westbury Jeep family for 23 years now, and there are good reasons for that. From the moment we walk into the showroom, we are treated with respect. Whether it's when working with a salesman (just recently Kazi) or with Keith Donnelly the general manager, someone who we can't say enough good things about, we know we are walking out with a fair deal. Likewise, when we use the Service Dept., it has also been great. Tim the manager, along with Janine and Linda, make us feel like we are the only customers in there, even when it's very busy. The late night service hours are a great plus since I can never afford the time to service my car during the daytime. When needed, the loaner car service they offer is also very helpful. If you are interested in getting a Jeep, Chrysler or Dodge, I would happily recommend them to be your dealer of choice. Ross and Debbie B. More
