My Review of Adams Jeep of Maryland:
Went looking for a Jeep for my wife's birthday. Dealt with Keith online and he was prompt with answering any questions I had. I drove over an hour and a half to get to the dealership so I wanted as many questions out of the way before I arrived. When I arrived I was promptly greet by Crystal McLaughlin and she answered what few remaining questions we had while Keith was busy.

The entire process was smooth and painless.

Outstanding overall experience.

I was a high school friend of Todd Adams so Adams was an easy pick. Keith Cook sold me my Jeep and he wasn't pushy in the slightest. He was informative and I HIGHLY recommend working with him. They don't make them much better than Keith :)

My Review of Adams Jeep of Maryland:
We were looking for a Wrangler in a discontinued color. Adams had the only one left. We were on a tight timeline the day we stopped in and Keith went out of his way to accomodate that. Our incentive price program was accepted without question or resistance and we were treated just the same as if they were going to make a fortune off our sale. I had all my target numbers in mind already and they met or beat all of them without the grief you get from most dealers. Everyone we dealt with was professional and personable.
Adams is the Jeep Wrangler capitol of the Chesapeake area and I was blown away at how many were on the lot. They can build anything you want and warranty all of it. I'll be going back there for my custom work.
I will definitely recommend Adams Jeep to anyone interested in a new off-roader.

My Review of Adams Jeep of Maryland:
Had a great experience with Adams Jeep of Maryland in Aberdeen, MD. MY salesperson, also a friend outside of the dealership, provided me with nothing less than excellent care! They even helped me get out of my old car which is still in the body shop recovering from an accident I recently had. Mr. Cook arranged to buy my Honda and gave me full value of the car, pay off my Capital One Auto loan, and cut me an awesome deal on a 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland Edition! My honda will probably take a month to repair, meanwhile, I get to drive this beast of a car. I feel the car is more luxourious than a Mercedes in the same class! The customer service and friendliness of all employees there, including finance manager, was superb! I feel the base price may be slightly higher than other Jeep dealers but it was well worth it to deal with Keith Cook there. I definately wil be buying more cars there in the near future and will highly recommend the dealer to all my friends, even those that are planning to trade in their Jeeps to for new models.

I have purchased several automobiles from Adams over the years and have never been disappointed. The sales staff are wonderful (especially Keith) and they make every effort to arrive at a deal that you are satisfied with. They have a fully staffed, knowledgable service department and the inventory (new and used)is amazing. If you are a Jeep (or quality used car) lover, like I am, visit Adams...you'll drive away with a smile :)

This Jeep dealer is worth the mecca you make from wherever you live! Their friendliness and willingness to work with you is second to none. I traveled down from PA and will continue to whenever I need anything Jeep-related.

Keith was one of the easiest and most flexible sales reps I have EVER worked with. He is knowledgeable, easy-going, and creates an absolutely stress-free buying experience, not to mention deals you can't possibly walk away from!
