Service Specialist Keith Davis and Service Associate Ellen efficiently handled the service appointment for my 2006 MDX that would eventually require the replacement of the catalytic converter. They wer Ellen efficiently handled the service appointment for my 2006 MDX that would eventually require the replacement of the catalytic converter. They were very patient and informative to me throughout the process which would also involve the provision of a loaner automobile for the install. Keith took time to explain the situation completely to me and was steadfast on keeping me updated during the replacement service. He also provided me, in the interim, with a detailed narrated video inspection of the overall condition of my car. I was impressed by this informative video and will keep it for future reference. I think this is video inspection is a great benefit offered by Acura of Berlin and their Service Department. I was impressed after completion of the service. I appreciated their efforts to make my service as seamless as possible! I submitted this review to convey my great satisfaction with the level of service I consistently receive from the Acura of Berlin(AOB) subsidiary. More

May 6 2025 I purchased 2025 Acura MDX A Spec. Raj my salesman was very good with handling my purchase. Tom in finance took his time and answered any and all of my questions. Lucius responded to some questions I had after I took delivery. And was very gracious and timely with replying and take care of me. Brandon also followed up with me congratulating me and making sure I had a good experience and checking in to see if I needed anything. Keith in the service department is also great team member. Family has owned Acura for over 20 years and he has always taken care of us. More

The mechanic and technicians Keith and Eli need to go back to school. Very Unprofessional, they told me I needed and engine harness and didn’t even install it right and charged me $500. my car sat for 2 back to school. Relays and wires were disconnected i. My car that i dissconected before i brought it there. Its like they half assed my job and didn’t care to work on it. My car was the only car i.
