I submit this review to convey my great satisfaction with the level of service I consistently receive from the Acura of Berlin(AOB) subsidiary. Service Specialist Rob and Service Associate Ellen efficiently the level of service I consistently receive from the Acura of Berlin(AOB) subsidiary. Service Specialist Rob and Service Associate Ellen efficiently handled my service appointment to address a transmission relate issue associated with a flashing “D5” on my dashboard when I was driving the vehicle. Ellen was very understanding in getting me an appointment as soon as possible when I told her I was not driving the vehicle because I was proceeding in accordance to my vehicle manual recommendation. I appreciated her concern and assurance as she kept me on the line while she was making arrangements with Service Specialist Keith Davis to get me in. I was informed that Rob would be available to handle my appointment since Keith would not be available the day I was assigned. When I arrived for service Rob explained the situation to me, upon completion of the system code inspection. He was very focused and kept me informed when the service would be completed. I appreciated their professionalism throughout this period. Their efforts to make my service as seamless as possible under difficult circumstances was outstanding. Much respect to them all making the difficult appear easy! More
