Poor customer service, poor to no communication, unable to get a hold of service advisor and service manager for days. 5 days to update programming, no loaner /concierge service as promised. Car was towed to get a hold of service advisor and service manager for days. 5 days to update programming, no loaner /concierge service as promised. Car was towed in , requested recalls completed at time of service, not done had to reschedule another visit. Now that car is repaired I received multiple calls and messages on asking how my experience was!!!! Definitely wouldn’t recommend this dealership More

Dealership (Finance) changed the terms of the auto loan without telling me. Never received any follow-up call except from the dealers receptionist asking if I’ve received a follow-up call from my sales pe without telling me.
