I was able to get in quickly for an oil change and battery check. The advisor quoted me a price then said I may not get one that day due to the late time. I waited in the waiting area and figured he w battery check. The advisor quoted me a price then said I may not get one that day due to the late time. I waited in the waiting area and figured he would let me know for sure if he could get a battery but he never did. When he came to tell me my car was ready he never brought up the battery. I had to ask him. I also asked if I could come back on Saturday morning for the battery installation and he said probably. He walked up to the check out counter and said nothing about returning the next day. I was very confused and didn’t think he communicated well with me. Also I was charged for the oil change which I thought was covered under the warranty I purchased with the car. I ended up paying $97. When I got home I checked my paperwork and noticed 6 oil changes including with my warranty. I had only used two. The next day I was sent an email from the service department thanking me for using their services. I decided to respond with my disappointment in the experience. David called me to apologize for being charged for the oil change and said I would not be charged for the next oil change. I am going to ask for a different advisor to help me out when I return.
