I just bought my second Kia from Jim Butler, with Cheryl as my salesperson both times. I love that she listens to my wants vs my needs, and can come up with the best car for me. I appreciated Keith's professionalism and resourcefulness. When I came in for a check engine light, he made sure I understood exactly what was wrong and what needed to be done. I brought my vehicle in for oil change, rotation etc before a trip. I advised Keith my brakes were grinding and to let me know what was wrong. He told me I had half brake pad left and was fine. My jeep co tinted to grind the whole way to Texas, my wheels became covered in brake dust and my wheels were extremely hot. I had to drop off my jeep while on vacation and they immediately told me it was unsafe to drive. I am not stuck 800 miles away from home with no vehicle and now I need new calipers, pads, rotors etc. how the heck did yall let me leave and drive my vehicle away from your dealership. Yall are lucky I didn’t catch on fire. Not happy. More

I came in for a recall and the service was outstanding. Over 2 hours for an oil change and diagnostics that did not produce a resolution. Appointments don’t mean much. My vehicle sat where I dropped it off for 30 minutes. The waiting area is cramped and loud. T not produce a resolution. Appointments don’t mean much. My vehicle sat where I dropped it off for 30 minutes. The waiting area is cramped and loud. Trying to/from the service door is ridiculous. There are so many cars double/tripple parked, that through ways are often single lane.Very poor space planning and it’s going to cause an accident. This place sold me an expensive service contract which was supposed to give me peace of mind. All Services tells me is how it won’t cover items. This all adds up to the reason why I do not have regular service here. More
