Well first off I was pleased till we picked up truck on Monday April 8th. Was told Saturday the 6th that the truck would be filled when we came back from miami, okla to pick it up and do final paperwork. I can live with that but now less than 2 weeks after purchasing the 2021 chevy the brakes are apparently out and the truck has put itself in limp mode and won't go over 40mph. When test drove the truck on Saturday the 6th I went thru all the data on the truck, oil life was 96%, air filter was 98% and front and rear brakes where around 92%....somehow driving less than 700 miles during a week the brake monitoring system needed checked and said brakes were bad....I'm not sure how that is possible, I could understand if 6 months after purchasing a used car that has plenty of monitoring systems to check and maintain info for vehicle to run well thst the brakes needed changed. Been calling for 2 days to discuss this problem and no one will get back in touch with with me....not looking forward to driving a truck in limp mode the 95 miles from miami to tulsa at a top speed of 40 mph!! Very dissatisfied and if there was a way to get out of this deal I would jump at it in a heartbeat!!! More

First off I'll give credit where it's due. The tech who wanted to hang on to it over the weekend to be able to finish the job to his satisfaction. Thank you! Here's where it starts to get a little ugly. I don't know if I was sold something that had some band-aids on it or what has been someone's problem child. I've had it in my possession for two days and it's no longer drivable. It stalled twice on the way, and then repeatedly the following day. I'm glad I was able to get it home. If I'm asked to bring it back to Tulsa, I'm not paying for that tow, and there's going to be some conversating going on. I can't do anything about getting it fixed till Portfolio has their copy of the warranty contract. I've been reaching out about getting that done and getting no where. The mailbox I keep getting sent to is full, can't leave a message. Aside from an known issue there was nothing wrong with it when I test drove it. Now this. A lemon? Your communication sucks. I had to talk to at least two different people just to find out that I was able to come get the Jeep. It was almost like pulling teeth. So I've got a car with a CEL after two day, miss firing like crazy, code P0300 and I can't talk to anybody so far. Next time I call I'm going to be wanting a manager and someone who can take steps to help rectify this situation. Ramses has a text with a picture of my code reader, said "I'll let someone know". So far crickets. Not even a week after I signed papers and I might as well be on a desert island. Please don't leave me wishing I'd bought a 4Runner instead. More
