I have attempted to contact Kelly Barbour numerous times over the last several weeks and he absolutely does NOT return phone calls. My maintenance package has net been honored and I am currently dealing with breaks that have 124,000 miles on them that BMW has refused to replace!! I would suggest shopping somewhere else if you want an honest experience. More

Typically, I purchase a 4 to 6 year old luxury car, and prior to this BMW 7 series, they have all been Cadillac’s. I grew up in the day, that a dealership purchase resulted in a winner and a loser.
