I cannot say enough good things about my experience and my car salesman, Kelly P. As a young woman who was buying a car in a mostly male dominant field, I was very nervous and apprehensive. His patience, his demeanor, and knowledge were all impeccable. I cannot rave enough about him. He was extremely thorough and professional but most of all, kind. I truly cannot emphasize on how amazing he made the whole experience of this process be. He was the complete opposite of an abrasive salesman. It’s a big deal buying a car, and he knew how important it was for me. I will always recommend anyone looking for a Toyota to go to Lia and ask for Kelly P. If I could give a 10 star rating I would because he deserves that. I hope he receives the type of recognition he deserves after making this whole experience feel so easy. More
