The service manager Ken that helped me set up m appointment was very courteous and was right there to greet me at my appointed time. He gave m an estimated time my car would be ready and it was actually done early. I had a great experience at your dealership. More

Best experience I’ve ever had at any dealership Ken, as well as all of the staff I talked with, were fantastic! I’m 75 years old and have bought more than 20 new vehicles from several dealerships an Ken, as well as all of the staff I talked with, were fantastic! I’m 75 years old and have bought more than 20 new vehicles from several dealerships and the people I met at Sands were the friendliest, most helpful and competent I have ever met at an auto dealership. Even though they knew I was visiting Arizona from Indiana and the likelihood of my purchasing a vehicle from them was extremely unlikely, I was still treated as if I was a long term customer. More

Lost customer I brought my 2015 Silverado 2500HD Duramax in for regular service. All services have been performed at Sands since new. I also purchased the vehicle t I brought my 2015 Silverado 2500HD Duramax in for regular service. All services have been performed at Sands since new. I also purchased the vehicle there. My wife picked me up and we went to the grocery store before she dropped me off at home. She then went to her hair appointment. I got a call that the truck was done, but realised I had left my debit card and ID in my wife’s purse. She confirmed, but said it would be a while before she was home. Since all previous services had been completed at Sands, I figured I could hop on my mountain bike and pick it with a check. My check was declined because they said they couldn’t run it without my drivers license number. I said the local grocery store doesn’t need it, why do you? They then said it was policy to insure they don’t release the truck to the wrong party. I felt like someone who had just walked in off the street. After riding my bike back home, and my wife returned with ID, I went to get the truck, and the check that was denied, after forgetting to get it initially. The girl at the counter said it had already been run. So they were in fact able to run it without knowing who I was, but refused to release my truck without it. More

Bad Battery Took vehicle in because of difficulty starting. In fact, needed ChevUSA to jump start the battery to take to dealership. Service checked it out and fo Took vehicle in because of difficulty starting. In fact, needed ChevUSA to jump start the battery to take to dealership. Service checked it out and found nothing wrong. Next evening started hard, but got home. Next day running errands, would not start after my first stop, needed another jump, took straight to dealer for another look. Turns out that the battery did need to be replaced. Disappointed in the run around. More

Detail Engine compartment was spotless and like new. Interior was very clean. GM don't stand behind there product, or service they do GM does not stand behind there product, or the service received in there dealerships. Never will own another GM product. Completed on time and correctly Had normal oil/filter ect. plus 4 wheel alignment. Was done 1/2 hr. before expected. Car was washed free but didn't come out very well so they washed Had normal oil/filter ect. plus 4 wheel alignment. Was done 1/2 hr. before expected. Car was washed free but didn't come out very well so they washed and hand dried it again and it looks good. Worked with Ken Ashby who took care of me. He knows what he is doing and kept me informed along the way. More
