I started by working a deal for a Bronco that was in transit with Robert “Bobby” Barranger via email and decided to stop in for unexpected test drive. Bobby was with another customer but was able to work with another associate and accommodated me. Well, I ended asking for a deal sheet on the one I test drove and decided to buy it. He worked the original customers and me like a pro. Neither of felt like we were being pressured or ignored. Overall a great experience. Easy deal, got what I wanted for my trade and left in reasonable amount of time. This was actually my 3rd ford from Larson. I originally bought a new f-150 back in 1997, then a F-150 crew cab xlt in 2017 and now the 24 Bronco Badlands. I’m sure our next ford whatever that is and whenever that happens will be from Larson. More

Robert kept me informed and updated throughout the completely painless process. I used to dread purchasing a new vehicle because of the time and aggravation it took to get the process completed. This is an issue of the past. Robert was the most professional and proactive salesperson I ever had the pleasure of doing business with. I sent the exact same email to multiple salespeople online at multiple dealerships requesting to do all of the .transaction online and only had to bring in my trade and sign the paperwork and was out the door in my new vehicle in under an hour. Robert was the only person persistent enough to follow through with my needs and requests. Robert went over and above in my opinion. Robert explained everything on my new vehicle after i arrived and I was introduced to another outstanding employee at Larson Ford. I don’t remember the persons name that we signed papwerwork with but he was extremely knowledgeable and VERY ORGANIZED in the paperwork process. Going over each piece of paperwork signed and answered every question quickly and efficiently and with a smile. Even finding time tobmake my wife and I laugh a little with his witty humor. All of this and still in and out of the dealership with my new vehicle in record time Without rushing me or making me feel like I was a burden. THE ABSOLUTE BEST EXPERIENCE BUYING A VEHICLE EVER.
