I owned a 2009 Toyota Tacoma and needed to get into a larger truck. Kim Ruggera introduced himself and we looked at the available models. He had an understanding of every feature of each model and the larger truck. Kim Ruggera introduced himself and we looked at the available models. He had an understanding of every feature of each model and the benefits of each option. We looked at 2 models that had the features that met our needs. When talking about price and discounts the salesman invited me to use their internet to check prices. Because I had my Credit Union, my insurance company and a Wholesale buying service. They met the best price I had available to me coupled with the Toyota incentives. I met the Maintenance team and even the individual cleaning and making sure my vehicle did not a any dust on it before I left. I also met the Finance and Sales Manager and both made it a point to make sure I was getting the best service. Overall this was one of the best experiences I have had purchasing a vehicle. During the experience of buying my first brand new vehicle, I felt like the salesman worked hard to get me just what I wanted. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and talked to me about my purcha vehicle, I felt like the salesman worked hard to get me just what I wanted. The experience as a whole was great! Cindy was ill the day if my appointment and Kim was sent right over to help us. I told him what I was looking for and he took us out in the lot and we test drove 2 veh day if my appointment and Kim was sent right over to help us. I told him what I was looking for and he took us out in the lot and we test drove 2 vehicles. Kim did not sway us one way or the other and let us make up our own minds. The price was right and financing was quick and easy. I actually enjoyed the whole experience. I went in only to look but with the great price and wonderful customer service I ended up purchasing the Tahoe that day. More

We decided on the purchase of a Toyota and went to Liberty Toyota in Colorado Springs. We were looking at the different models when we met Kim. He asked what we were looking for in a vehicle and then he showed us what was available at the dealership that might meet our needs, both used and new. We decided on a new Sequoia and he spent a lot of time explaining the different options available on each model. We took a test ride in the Limited model, liked it and said we had to go home and think on it. We are not the spur of the moment buyers. Kim understood and he did not try to press us into buying. We appreciated the time he took with us and his knowledge of the options available that we might like. Because of Kim's outstanding professionalism and very nice personality we decided to buy from him. More

We were pleased with the speed of service and the ease of purchasing our RAV4. We haven't bought a car since 2001 so it's been over ten years and were surprised at how smoothly the process went. This is my first car buying experience, so naturally I was leery of going into dealerships. My sales experience began with meeting Gil. I had narrowed my search down to a Toyota Tacoma, so Gil showed us was leery of going into dealerships. My sales experience began with meeting Gil. I had narrowed my search down to a Toyota Tacoma, so Gil showed us around the lot. During the process (including a test drive of the Tacoma), we saw a 2012 FJ Cruiser. I had ruled out SUVs early in my car search, but this FJ Cruiser was just striking and caught our eye. Gil was knowledgeable about both vehicles and highlighted the features. We took the FJ Cruiser for a test ride, and we were in love with it. Gil was patient throughout the process and did not pressure us. Nic'les was great in walking us through the options and accessories of the FJ Cruiser. He was enthusiastic but also made me more confident about my purchase(s). After working with him, I had the FJ Cruiser lined up exactly as I wanted. Again, being a first car buying experience, I was further leery of sitting down with the finance person. I had been told that was exactly the place (in any car buying experience) you didn't want to let your guard down to back end sales pitches. I was fortunate, though, to work with Jeff. He was courteous, thorough, and professional. Again, I didn't feel pressured. Just as with Nic'les, he made me even more confident about my purchase. Liberty Toyota is supportive of the troops and I look forward to a continued relationship with the dealership and its staff. More
