Danny was the ultimate professional, listening to my needs and wants and then showing me everything that fit my criteria. He never tried to "sell" me - he allowed me to "buy". I greatly appreciated his genuine approach, and I feel as though I've made a friend. The kudos don't stop there, though. If I could give a 10 out of 5 star rating for Mushtaq, I would. He was so helpful from the get-go when my wife inquired about the vehicle and went above and beyond for us even though this vehicle was an ol would. Buying my sons Honda Accord from him yesterday was absolutely the most pleasant, low pressure, and extremely fun time I have ever had purchasing a vehicle… and I am one of those guys that absolutely hates to go buy a vehicle from a dealership as many are. Their initial offer was perfectly fair and reasonable, and the experience was haggle-free completely. Shelly Rushing was excellent, especially considering that she is new to the JCI sales team. She came out to greet us as we were browsing the lot at 9p which earned her the sale. Shelly is the main reason that we chose to buy from JCI. We were a little disappointed with the condition of the car when we picked it up as it was not detailed as expected. However, David Young, your Product Specialist, provided an excellent concierge service to familiarize us with the car, and took the initiative to wash and detail the car, (including the motor) before we left. This is excellent customer service! The car was missing the luggage compartment cover, and we were told that this often does not come in a pre-owned car. Wow! hard to believe that you spend $58k on a Porsche and it does not come with all of the equipment! Also, we came in with our own financing and a considerable amount of our time was wasted by Kendal trying to convince us that JCI could provide better financing without disclosing to us what the interest rate would be. This seemed to be a highly suspicious sales tactic and a complete waste of time. One last thing, a high-end dealership such as JCI should offer your customers a drink before any business is discussed. Perrier is recommended! More
