I had a service engine light come on. I called Ken Olson at Gosch Ford Temecula, and he informed me that I could still drive the car because the indicator probably had something wrong wi I called Ken Olson at Gosch Ford Temecula, and he informed me that I could still drive the car because the indicator probably had something wrong with the emissions. I told him I could bring the car in the next day but that I did not have an appointment, and he said to bring the car in and that he would make the appointment happen. Took the car in the next day at 8 am like Ken had said to do. I also said the car was acting funny when I attempted to start the car. There was a message on the screen that the car was shutting down system to save battery power until the car could be started. When Ken heard that he immediately said the small car battery was defective that he would have the technician verify that the battery needed to be replace. 10 minutes later he called and told me the tech had confirm the battery was bad and had to be replaced I authorized the replacement and in 30 minutes I was back on the road. I have owned two different ford vehicles and Ken has been my service rep for both vehicles and he is the main reason I keep coming back to Gosch Ford Temecula. More
