I recently had to take my 2021 Ford F-150 to Supreme Ford for a pre-collision alert and front camera malfunction issue. The issue was electrical and sometimes the diagnosis can be a tedious process. This w for a pre-collision alert and front camera malfunction issue. The issue was electrical and sometimes the diagnosis can be a tedious process. This was frustrating having a newer vehicle but with all the electrical components that are standard its a matter of time before one of them fail. The first time my vehicle went in for repairs the image control processor was replaced and the alert went away. That same day the alert popped back up again and I had to return my vehicle to Supreme Ford to diagnose the issue a second time. During the second visit, it was discovered that there were two faulty wiring harnesses causing the alerts. That process did take a couple weeks to correct but electrical issues sometimes can take that long. I want to thank Mr. Kenny McDowell in service for all the excellent customer service provided. Kenny was responsive to phone calls and continued to ensure me that they would get the problem resolved. My 2021 Ford F-150 is running great now and there are no more issues. Thank you to Kenny and the folks at Supreme Ford. More
