had a very disappointing experience at this dealership. The salesperson was solely focused on getting my loan approved and didn’t take the time to explain the features of the car or answer my questions. I The salesperson was solely focused on getting my loan approved and didn’t take the time to explain the features of the car or answer my questions. I was also pushed into buying the Honda Appearance Plan without being properly informed about what it actually covers. Now that I have minor scratches on the rim and body, the service center told me these are not covered — and pointed out that it’s clearly written on the receipt. If I had known that basic things like scratches weren’t included, I never would have bought the plan. It feels like I was misled into paying for something that’s practically useless. This experience has left me feeling disappointed and taken advantage of. I expected more transparency and honesty when making such a big purchase. More
