Love my new Jeep I have never had a bad experience with Jeep Lithia and Nick Hjelmgren just topped the ratings in making my last experience the best ever. It was a pleasure working with him. He was very helpful in making the purchasing process go smooth. He worked to get me the best deal especially since I was not sure I was even going to be able to trade in my old Jeep and get a new one. I am so happy it all worked out. His customer service and friendliness could not have been any better. He even made sure my phone was set to work with the Bluetooth so I did not have to figure it out. He answered all my questions so when I left with my new Jeep I felt very satisfied and so very happy with my purchase. I would highly recommend his service to all my friends. More

This Dealership has the best customer service of any dealership I’ve ever use. I’ve been in multiple times and each time it’s exactly the same.
