I purchased a Mazda5 from here that was used. Our sales man was great and we were told it was in excellent condition. IT WAS NOT!! Within 60 days of having the van the driver side axel shaft had to be repl man was great and we were told it was in excellent condition. IT WAS NOT!! Within 60 days of having the van the driver side axel shaft had to be replaced and the window regulator assembly has to be replaced. My mechanic did the axel shaft and the transmission fluid was BLACK. They refused to offer any assistance or compensation. Would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. More

We worked with Kenny, and we couldn’t be happier with how he aimed to please. It didn’t matter what we wanted to look at, or how many times we may have gone back to look at each one there was no pressure. W he aimed to please. Do not recommend this to anyone. Juan Tapia misled me with false information about my credit points. Alex also lied to me about getting me a good deal, he ran my credit many times, and at the end didn’t with false information about my credit points. Alex also lied to me about getting me a good deal, he ran my credit many times, and at the end didn’t even personally call me. Kenny, was not friendly at all. Definitely will never again try to purchase a vehicle at DeMontrond Mazda in my entire life. I will advise my friends and family about my bad experience here. More
