Kenny Hicks at Acura of Westchester

I have leased 7 vehicles with Acura of Westchester and have always found it to be an excellent experience. The staff are always professional, friendly and curtious. They go the extra mile to make sure I get the vehicle I want at a fair and reasonable price. They work as a team so there is always someone available to to help you, from the minute you walk into the dealership until you drive off with your new vehicle. I would recommend Acura of Westchester to anyone looking to purchase or lease.

Just an overall great experience to buy a car. First you are greeted with valet parking then once you walk in the door there is a sales associate waiting to assist you. They offer you drinks, water , coffee they would probably but you lunch if you hang around long enough. Kelly and Rob were fantastic and Kenny Hicks is a wiz working the numbers. He will definitely get you the best deal on an acura. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. They are truly professional!!

Great service, quick and easy, enjoyable experience- the way it should be! Best rates in comparison to the other dealerships, wasn't pushy, available to answer all my questions after i purchased the car

Today I leased an Acura 2013 TSX. This was my first lease and first new car. I chose Acura of Westchester because my boyfriend had highly recommended them. He had purchased his Acura from them in the past. In addition, I had accompanied him in the past when he had brought his vehicle in for routine service and was impressed by the quality of service he received, as well as the amenities that were offered to him. My boyfriend spoke to Mr. Hicks and explained to him what we were in the market for and what I wanted to spend. Mr. Hicks then paired us up with Ms. Ryder and told her what we were in the market for. Ms. Ryder then took me for a test drive. She was very knowledgable about Acura products and the services offered. She took her time to explain how the many features of the vehicle worked. I never felt pressured or rushed anytime during this process. She was friendly and professional throughout the whole process which was a breeze. They handled everything from getting me my license plates to notifying my insurance company. The only thing I had to do was to bring a certified bank check. She made the entire process a complete pleasure. I will definitely recommend Acura of Westchester to others. They made me feel like family.

This was my first visit to ANY Acura dealership and the service was so excellent, I decided to purchase an Acura ILX that very day. I spoke with Kenny Hicks and Liam Tully - both were very helpful and professional, but spent the majority of my time with Frankie Ferraro. Mr. Ferraro was most helpful in giving me pertinent information about Acuras, in general, and put a lot of effort into making me feel most comfortable with my purchase. He was very courteous, warm, yet professional about doing business with me. He took the time to get me any information I needed, gave me direct answers to my questions and assuaged any misconceptions I may have had prior to my visit to Acura. I am now the proud owner of an Acura and I am very pleased with my decision.

Acura of Westchester is the best dealership I have ever done business with. I am on my 6th car with them because they are extremely professional, efficient and always take great care of me. I have worked with Brianna for many years and rely on her expertise and knowledge of the vehicles she sells me. Acura makes great cars, but Acura of Westchester and Ken Hicks employ the best people which is why I am a loyal customer and will never go elsewhere. I recommend them to everyone I know and meet. I guess you could say I'm a fan!

I bought an Acura TL this weekend. Sales person Brianna Tozzo did a magnificent job helping me secure the right car. She was patient and professional, trying her best to work with me on reaching a price I was comfortable with. I am not exaggerating when I say that I am an extremely busy person. Brianna made every effort to make the car ready the same day - without any issues. She followed up with me later in the week to make sure everything went smoothly. The finance office at the dealership also made the process worry and hassle free. This is my third Acura and if I am lucky enough to purchase a fourth, Acura of Westchester will be my first stop.

Great dealership that believes in customer service and will do almost anything to keep a customer coming back. Service rep
Shannon Lemon was outstanding; totally professional and hands on keeping me apprised almost daily of repairs to my
damaged TL. She even interacted with my insurance carrier to expedite their processing of my claim. All in all an experience
that would bring me back for my next car.

Kelly worked very hard during the snowstorm to get us our car on time. When I went to look for Kelly after visiting the Finance Dept. I coulnd't find Kelly. Where could she have possibly gone I thought. I have to get home. AS I stepped out into the driving snow I found Kelley all bundled up putting on our new License plates. WOW! talk about service. Thanks Kelly and Ken. it was as smoothe a deal as you can get.T&J.
