I'm sorry for the confusion on the Reconditioning Fee which also provides a 3 month/3000 mile powertrain warranty and Ikon GPS for $695 but we do tell all customers upfront that we charge a reconditioning fee and that all of our cars have Ikon GPS which provides real time tracking and a $10,000 guarantee if the car is stolen and not recovered and if that did not happen I appoligize and will address it with Chris. On your trade we missed the value of your trade as I was not available to appraise your car when you were here but the value of your Tesla is $42000 not $40,800 and unfortuantely we looked at the wrong data when appraising your car since there was no used car manager here when you arrived. If you would like to relook at the deal with the new appraisal you can reach out to Chris or me and I will provide you with a new drive out offer and thank you again for the opportunity. Hello Anthony, As mentioned to Chris no one was upfront with me about these costs until I saw them on the paper. There were many issues that need to be addressed. I am interested in this vehicle but not for the extra drama fees and not for the lack of customer care. 1. A 3k mile warranty does nothing for me. I drive 3k miles in a month. 2. I have never been charged a "reconditioning fee". It is the dealerships responsibility to make the vehicle sale ready. Not my responsibility to pay for that. If that was the case would you say it is fair that I have the dealership pay the 2k reconditioning fee for my Tesla that it is currently undergoing? 3. I don't want the GPS. I can put an AirTag in it, which is much better than a GPS that can easily be removed via OBD2. If someone has the xxxxx to steal my vehicle they can have it. I don't want it after someone has stolen it and invaded my space and personal property. I pay for very good insurance that will cover the cost of an unrecovered vehicle (which I know is true as they have had to do it for me already with a 100k supercar). If these items can be sorted out I would love to speak with someone.

I also refuse to work with Kenny. His disrespect and lack of care was disgusting. To tell a customer " I am not taking it off, thanks for coming in." and hold the door open for me to stand and leave was so rude. I have never been treated like that in a dealership before.
