We have been in the Jeep camp for many years yet this is the first vehicle we bought at Ken Ganley Jeep Painesville, as there are many other Jeep dealers closer to us. We came here because they had the exact unit we wanted. We are glad we did and we will be back for our next purchase. Can't forget how we were greeted by a very pleasant receptionist (didn't catch her name) who offered us a bottled water and made us feel like we were visiting and old friend right from the beginning.... thank you all... keep up the great job !!! Worst experience ever . .. avoid at all costs. Very shady. People understand math, unlike you. A 2020 rebel with 14,000 miles, trade in value from your site was 48,000 to 52, .. avoid at all costs. Then jacked your Jeep Compass up over 7,000 over msrp. How stupid do you think we are. Let us sit for half hour when you were supposed to be test driving my Rebel and give me a number...and never did. Didn't even mention the rebate of 1250, and all the equity in my Rebel. Shady. More
